About Me

I’m a contemporary abstract artist based in the Northern Rivers, with a studio practice spanning more than 20 years.

My work explores the connection between place and self - the way places hold history, energy and memory, and how those experiences shape us.

Working intuitively, I translate these sensory and emotional impressions into layered abstract paintings. Rather than depicting a place literally, I’m interested in capturing something of how it felt to be there.

Each painting becomes a visual narrative, inviting the viewer to connect with their own memories and experiences of place.
